Royal Commodities operates in 33 districts which are grouped into four six(6) sector areas.
These are located within all six (6) Cocoa growing regions in Ghana.
ROCO has an estimated clientele of 20,000 farmers and purchases cocoa beans in excess of 15,000 tons yearly.

GCB Bank Limited has financed the purchase of over 30 duty vehicles for the carting of cocoa from the hinterlands to the ports. The vehicles include 30 Howo light duty and 10 heavy duty trucks as well as tractors with trailers for unmotorable roads.

Royal Commodities Ltd (ROCO), an indigenous Licensed Cocoa Buying Company (LBC) has taken delivery of over 200 pieces of electronic weighing scales for cocoa purchases. Alhaji Abdulzakou Adamou, Managing Director of the company said this was a planned effort to address the allegations of scale adjustment.
